Founded in 2006, the Lycée Français International Théodore Monod (LFITM) has established itself as an educational benchmark in Abu Dhabi.
Welcoming 1,750 students, it offers outstanding French education, enriched by a multilingual and multicultural approach, preparing students for a future open to the world.

Welcome to LFITM,
Our school is much more than a place of learning: it is a space for living, innovation, and creation, where every student is supported in developing their full potential.
In a constantly changing world, we believe that education goes beyond the transmission of knowledge. It is also about preparing our students to become the responsible, engaged, and open-minded citizens of tomorrow. This includes, of course, academic excellence, but also social and emotional skills — the ability to cooperate, innovate, and adapt.
At LFITM, kindness guides all our actions: it allows each student to progress with confidence and find their place within an inclusive and multicultural community.

🕊️ En hommage à Monsieur Eddy Tohme
C’est avec une profonde tristesse que notre communauté a appris le décès de Monsieur Eddy Tohme, enseignant d’histoire-géographie au Lycée Français International Théodore Monod.
En cette période de vacances scolaires, le lycée... reste pleinement mobilisé pour accompagner les élèves, les familles et les personnels qui en ressentiraient le besoin.
🤍 Une cellule d’écoute et de soutien psychologique est mise à disposition par le PREI.

🕊️ Un livre de condoléances en ligne, ouvert en partenariat avec l’Association des Parents d’Élèves, permet à chacun de partager un message, un souvenir ou un hommage à sa famille et à ses proches.

À la rentrée, un temps de recueillement sera organisé au sein du lycée afin de lui rendre hommage. Les modalités seront communiquées prochainement.
Nous remercions chaleureusement l’ensemble de notre communauté pour les nombreux témoignages de soutien, de solidarité et d’affection déjà exprimés.

🎉 As the school year comes to a close, our Chinese students celebrated their learning journey through a vibrant showcase of language and culture! 🇨🇳✨
From the elegance of traditional Chinese painting and the art of Chinese calligraphy to the joy of singing Chinese songs, ...students explored the richness of Chinese culture in creative and engaging ways beyond the classroom.
Their enthusiasm, creativity, and confidence shone throughout every activity, making this a memorable celebration of all they have learned this year. A wonderful way to end the school year—filled with smiles, discovery, and cultural appreciation.
